Snow Covered Winter Engagement Session in Missoula, Montana

Allie and Kenny’s engagement session was a long time coming, in the best way! These two have known each other forever. They grew up together in Pennsylvania and are childhood sweethearts. They decided to make it official after they felt settled in Montana. These two are eloping in June, here in the big sky state, and I am so honored they have me capturing their special day!

This engagement session was one for the books for two reasons. One, I was 31 weeks pregnant during the session. If you thought I waddled before, you should see it in the snow! These two were so gracious with me, as my normally fast-pace session was more relaxed. This explains their kind, sweet, and fun personalities. Secondly, it was a beautiful winter’s day; cold but gorgeous. I would take frozen fingers and ice filled shoes for more stunning sessions like this.

The last thing I love love love about these two is that when they reached out to me to capture their elopement, they asked me for my availability before setting their elopement date. As a photographer, I don’t think there’s a bigger compliment than that. The thought of it alone makes me smile every time. So thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting me with one of the most important times of your life. I am so excited for June!
