Best of 2024 Wedding Photos
WHAT A YEAR!!! The weddings I had the privilege of shooting in 2024 were nothing short of STUNNING! As I began the task of collecting my favorite wedding photos from this year, I had no idea how challenging it would be. The process took much longer than anticipated, but for good reason. I delivered a total of 15,610 wedding photos this year (with one more wedding still to come in late December), and somehow, I had to narrow that down to just 70 photos. It was no easy feat! There are so many beautiful images from this incredible year of weddings that I simply couldn’t include in this post. Even so, every single wedding I shot and every photo I delivered holds a special place in my heart.
This year was truly extraordinary. Each wedding gave me the chance to pour my heart and soul into capturing the love, joy, and beauty of the day. I’m endlessly grateful for every couple who entrusted me with their most precious memories. To all of you, THANK YOU for making this year so amazing. It’s not lost on me how lucky I am to do what I love. Every time I lift my camera, I’m reminded of the incredible opportunity I’ve been given, a gift I know God has entrusted to me. This work is more than just a job; it’s a calling, and I’m so honored to fulfill it.
As I reflect on 2024, I’m struck by how much I’ve grown as a photographer. From exploring new creative techniques to embracing fresh perspectives, this year has been one of immense learning and growth. Every wedding day has been a chance to refine my craft, and I’ve loved every second of it. The connections I’ve formed with my couples have inspired me and fueled my passion for storytelling through photography. Your love stories are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m so grateful to have been part of them.
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come. One of the things I’m most looking forward to is incorporating 35mm film stock into every single wedding day. There’s something magical about film photography that perfectly complements the timeless beauty of a wedding day. It adds an authentic, nostalgic touch to every image, and I can’t wait to bring this element into my work. I’m eager to see how this creative shift will shape me as a photographer and elevate the way I capture love stories.
Narrowing down my favorite photos to share here was such a challenge because there were just so many that I LOVED. Each image tells a story, and each one represents a moment of connection and emotion. While I could only include 70 photos in this blog post, know that every wedding I photographed this year was equally special to me. To all of my 2024 couples, thank you for trusting me to document your love stories!! Your trust means the world to me, and I’m so honored to have been part of your journeys.
As I close out this year, I’m filled with gratitude for the experiences, lessons, and love that 2024 brought my way. It’s been a year of beauty, growth, and incredible memories.
