Snow Covered Winter Church Wedding in Potomac, Montana
Sometimes when you get married in the wedding off-season, you get the BEST from your vendors. That is exactly what happened for Justin and Marina. Even on a snowy and wet February’s day, I woke up so excited to shoot this wedding. I had a nice 2 month break and was ready to get back into what I love to do, Wedding Photography!
Marina reached out to me just days after her engagement with Justin and before they had an official wedding date. As a photographer, this really warms my heart! She wanted to make sure I would still be up for shooting her wedding day, knowing I would be expecting a baby a month later. We made it happen and I am so glad this sweet couple gave me the honor to do so.
They planned their beautiful wedding day to be in a few locations. Their ceremony took place at Potomac Bible Church, and boy was everyone glad they decided on an indoor ceremony. Their fun-filled reception took place at Camp Utmost, where Marina grew up going to camp. Their portraits turned out being EPIC! From the gorgeous scenery around, the glowy sunlight that beamed through the tall pine trees and occasional snowfall to add a little sparkle. It was truly amazing!!.
As stunning as this couple are, nothing compares to the true beauty in the hearts of Justin and Marina. One by one, as loved ones came up to hug and congratulate the newlyweds, I became more and more convinced that Justin and Marina were truly one of a kind. I even teared up listening to their parents speak of the sweet qualities they noticed in their children when they were so small and tiny that have followed them into their adult lives. The daddy first look with Marina was truly so sincere. You could tell how much family and community means to this kind couple.
Like I said before, truly, these two were a dream to work with and I am beyond grateful they chose me to capture their amazing day. Congratulations Justin and Marina!
