Riverfront Mountainside Engagement in Missoula, MT

This is probably the biggest engagement blog I’ve ever done!! I’m not sure if it was from the gorgeous scenery or how enjoyable this couple is, but I loved too many of these photos.

If you know Tyler and Adrienne, you know they are so full of life and laughter. I quickly realized this after meeting them back in January. These two lit up with huge smiles while talking through their wedding day plans and how they fell in love. Not only did they share their Pinterest boards with me, (a way to my heart), they also shared just how excited they were to have found a photographer that celebrates their upbeat spirts.

Tyler, being a Missoula native, knew the best spots at McClay Flats, even if my original plan didn’t pan out due to deep puddles blocking access. We got to walk through the park to get to the river, which actually allowed for a few beautiful, unexpected places to shoot. After taking photos in McClay Flats, we finished the session at the famous Blue Mountain. There we took glowy sunset portraits and even a few blue hour shots with the sky.

All in all, this engagement session worked out swimmingly despite the rainy weather all weekend and even the morning of. T & A, congrats on your engagement!! You two are truly meant to be. I cannot wait to celebrate your marriage in 2025!!
