A Waterfront Late Fall Wedding at Ninepipe Lodge in Charlo, MT

Becca and Nick’s love reminds me of a sturdy oak tree that only gets more beautiful and strong with time. They have been dating for 9 years and even decided to get married on their exact dating anniversary, October 24, 2023. 8 months ago they welcomed the sweetest addition to their family, their adorable daughter. For their wedding they invited their closest thirty-five friends and family to make the long journey from Minnesota to celebrate, and boy did they ever!
These two had the best of luck when it came to the unknown of Montana weather in late fall. The day started out partially sunny with a cool breeze; perfect for getting ready photos outside. During the ceremony, the wind picked up just in time for everyone to head inside for cocktail hour. The rain and snow stayed away just for the rest of their big day. The next morning, all of Montana woke up to inches of snow. Winter held off for them! How amazing is that?!
A few highlights of their wedding day were the florals, the views and the beauty team. The florist, Bella Floral, out did herself with the most spectacular flower arrangements. I love how elegant it made the entire day look with the most perfect shades of blush, terracota, dusty blue and beige. I was obsessed!! If you are a bride considering whether or not to invest in real flowers, just do it. It is unmatched in comparison with anything else. Secondly, Ninepipes Lodge’s view with their pond reflecting the Mission Mountains in the horizon was exceptional. The most stunning backdrop of the most beautiful couple. Lastly, the hair and makeup team, MVP Beauty, made all the bridesmaids and mothers look so gorgeous. It was the most magical combination of soft glam that wasn't over the top. They do the best job of making everyone’s natural radiance shine through.
All around this wedding day was the most quaint, elegant, charming, love filled day. Not to mention filled with lots of happy tears. These two newlyweds are so loved by their people. It really warms my heart to have been a part of such a wedding. Thank you again for trusting me to capture your wedding day. I wish you two nothing but joy in the many years to come!
