Do you shoot film or digital photos?
Both! I love photographing film and digital together in a hybrid style included in my standard coverage.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of images delivered depends on the length of coverage. On average, you can expect approximately 50 to 100 carefully curated images per hour. I do not cap image delivery.
How far in advance do you book?
For portrait and family sessions, I typically book several months in advance. Weddings are usually reserved a year or less out, depending on the season. I recommend reaching out early to ensure availability for your preferred date.
Do you travel?
Yes. Wedding travel is complimentary anywhere within Montana. Family sessions include complimentary travel within Missoula.
How do we receive our photos?
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, print and share your photographs at your convenience.
How do we book?
To reserve your wedding date or session time, simply submit an inquiry through my website. A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially secure your date. The process is simple and straightforward.
What should we wear?
I provide a Family Session Outfit Guide to help you feel confident and cohesive in your clothing choices. Engagement clients also receive an Engagement Prep Guide, which includes styling advice and thoughtful preparation tips.
Will you help with posing?
Absolutely. I guide you throughout the session with natural direction while allowing space for genuine moments to unfold. My approach is relaxed, flattering, and focused on helping you feel comfortable and confident.
What is your turn around time?
Family and portrait galleries are delivered within two to three weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 30 days.
Do you retouch images?
Yes. My favorite images are thoughtfully refined and placed into a Highlights folder within your gallery. I also happily include up to ten additional retouched images upon request.
Do you help with planning?
Yes. I am happy to assist with locations, outfits, and session flow. For weddings, I provide guidance on timeline creation and trusted vendor recommendations to help your day run seamlessly.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. I always arrive fully prepared with professional backup cameras, lenses, lighting, and gear to ensure complete coverage, especially on wedding days.
