A Warm and Joyful Fall Wedding at a Historic Family Estate in Helena, Montana

I met Kyle and Libby during their engagement session this summer in Missoula, Montana. I was instantly captivated by their warm demeanor, genuine personalities, and love for each other. Although they are currently living in Washington, it only made sense for them to get married at a family estate in Helena, Montana, where Kyle is from.
Their wedding day began as Libby and her bridesmaids got ready in a historic Airbnb in Helena. The house looked like it must be at least 100 years old, and it had so much character, which set the tone for an amazing day.
When we arrived at the private estate where the ceremony and reception were to take place, Kyle and Libby shared a private first look. Kyle’s reaction when he saw his bride was so genuine, and even more so when he watched her walk down the aisle. It was truly a sight to see and one of the highlights of the whole day. Their outdoor ceremony, set against the breathtaking Helena mountain landscape, was absolutely stunning, and their reception was held outdoors as well. These two lucked out with the most spectacular weather; a beautiful, warm September day that felt like the perfect blend of fall and summer.
Another highlight of the day was how they incorporated their dog, into the ceremony and the entire wedding. He was the ring bearer, and I thought it was the cutest touch, especially since he is such a well-behaved doggo! What made this day even more special was Libby and Kyle’s bright and cheerful family and friends, who surrounded them with love and celebration at every turn. It truly was a flawless wedding day, and I don’t say that lightly.
Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Fadness! Thank you for the honor of capturing your gorgeous wedding day. I wish you nothing but the best in the years to come, and don’t be a stranger if you ever find yourselves in Missoula!
